Summary:
Verified First is looking for an ambitious Tier 3 Partner Manager to significantly expand our client base. The successful individual in this position must be able to identify, cultivate, negotiate, and close business relationships. This position will work within the Channel Partner and Marketing Teams, ensuring the recruitment of the right Tier 3 Partners, managing our reseller relationships, and managing the lead process so that leads are sent to the correct account executives.
How our Tier 3 Partner Manager spends their time:
- Analyze and review Tier 3 Partners’ lead generation, current revenue stream, and pipeline to offer advice on how to increase volumes;
- Support the overall growth target of Tier 3 Partner revenue;
- Build strong rapport and relationships with our Tier 3 Partners’ organizations at multiple levels from front-line support & sales to C-suite individuals;
- Serve as a liaison with other Verified First departments to advocate the needs of Tier 3 Partners;
- Seek out and develop new Tier 3 Partner relationships via existing partner networks and marketing support;
- Deliver resources to the Tier 3 Partners via the partner portal including marketing packages, content, and Tier 3 Partner links;
- Encourage Tier 3 Partners to promote Verified First utilizing ads and links;
- Deliver Tier 3 Partner marketing plans with assistance from the VF marketing team;
- Work with marketing to develop materials needed by Tier 3 Partners to generate high-quality leads;
- Track total leads generated and estimate resulting revenue;
- Performs other duties as needed.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required;
- Highly proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft Office Applications;
- 1+ years of experience using Salesforce or similar CRM;
- Proven B2B success in an Inside or Outside Sales role. Those with a phenomenal Retail Sales background are encouraged to apply;
- Proven ability to create an activity plan that achieves the goals outlined in a business plan;
- Proven success in dissecting businesses to understand their pain points, identifying needs, and matching products and services to said matches;
- Strong understanding of how objectives lead to achieving business objectives.
